Bowman’s root is a graceful North American native with wiry stems, airy clusters of starry white spring flowers, and excellent red-orange fall color. Thrives in part shade to sun with average, well-drained soil; a beautiful, long-lived ‘woodland edge’ perennial that plays well with ferns and epimediums.
