Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Wednesday (excluding holidays) to ensure your purchase arrives before the weekend. 

We use UPS for as our shipping partner. Orders will be shipped via 3 day ground. 

We reserve the right to delay shipping due to inclement weather. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs, including plant ID tags, MUST be submitted to info@brandywinecottage.shop showing all damage.
