Native sky-blue aster with many small daisy-like flowers carried on airy, branching stems in late summer and fall. Supports a wide range of pollinators and contributes soft blue tones to prairie and meadow plantings. Prefers full sun and dry to medium, well-drained soils and is well suited to naturalistic designs.
