Evergreen tufts of dark green narrow leaves with pom-pom shaped clusters of deep pink blooms atop a slender stalks. Also known as Sea Thrift after its affinity for growing on rocky coastlines in Europe and North America. Great for early spring color in the rock garden or for the edging of well-drained perennial gardens.
