Bold herbaceous perennial with large, chartreuse-gold leaves that light up shaded borders and woodland gardens. Forms a substantial clump that contrasts well with finer-textured shade plants and produces small white flowers followed by dark berries. Best color develops in bright shade or morning sun with evenly moist, rich soils.
